Flipping Houses 101
Wireframing, Web Design, Illustration
As a top-of-funnel tactic to our first-time-flipper audience, we decided to bundle our Flipping Houses 101 blog series into a microsite. This project was a collaboration between product design, engineering, and product marketing to make an interactive and educational experience.

The existing prominent stock image above the fold collected dust; the content wasn’t resonating—the LendingHome landing page was in dire need of a refresh. We had also collectively decided to use the brand’s core yellow tone as more of a highlight and less of a primary color, and implement more of the secondary blue tone paired with negative space for balance. The collaboration between the VP of Marketing, the Content Strategist and I led to a new landing page that felt exciting, yet approachable.

Customer Testimonial Video + Event
Art Direction, Video Direction + Production, Event Planning
LendingHome wanted to feature one of their most prominent customers on their new marketing landing page. I worked closely with LendingHome’s content strategist to identify the best customer to feature, then planned their arrival to SF for a one-day shoot. We sourced a film company to shoot an interview and in-office b-roll that would become edited into the final video below. Capitalizing on the customer’s office visit, we planned a presentation to the entire company where LendingHome employees could Q+A with one of their top customers.
